Payment, Transaction & Account Policy
All financial transactions on 25000 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules apply to all deposits and withdrawals.
Deposit Rules
- The name of the depositor must match the name on the registered account.
- Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Keep a record of the reference number for every deposit.
- If a deposit is not processed within the expected timeframe, please notify Support.
Withdrawal & Account Closure Policy
- Identity verification (KYC) is mandatory before your first withdrawal.
- If an account is suspended due to a terms violation, pending withdrawals may be placed on hold.
- Users may also submit a request to close their own account.
- Any valid balance remaining after account closure is subject to the applicable refund policy.
Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property

The platform's liability is limited in cases where a bet or game is affected by technical issues, server downtime, or loss of internet connectivity. 25000 is not responsible for third-party actions or network-related issues.
By using the platform, users are considered to have accepted all associated risks voluntarily. Any financial decisions related to betting and gaming are made entirely at the user's own responsibility.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 25000 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the exclusive property of 25000 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. 25000 bears no responsibility for the content or security of any external sites linked or referenced from the platform.
